Completely ruined our Valentine's evening. We ordered at 7pm and was given a delivery time of 8:20. By 9:00 it hadn't arrived so I called them to be told the driver was on his way with the order. At 10:00 it still hadn't arrived so I called again to be told my order wasn't on their screen. They said I would have to order again and wait at least another hour which would have put our waiting time at 4-4 1/2 hours!! Ridiculous! Cancelled the order and still awaiting a refund!
